The purpose of this exclusive interview is to delve into the experiences, insights, and reflections of Anne Willem Bijleveld, Ekber Menemencioğlu, and Claude Marshall, all seasoned veterans of the UNHCR. It seeks to capture their personal journeys within the organization, from their motivations for joining to their evolving roles amid global refugee crises.We explore their on-the-ground experiences, including handling dangerous situations such as the conflict in the former Yugoslavia and managing refugee camps during emergencies.
